Discussions also addressed overcoming language barriers through translation, researching affordable venues for training sessions in Turkey, and the organization of national dissemination seminars to share project outputs with a wider audience in each partner country.

Communication and collaboration were key themes, with the team deciding to create a new drive folder and WhatsApp group to streamline project interactions. Plans for a project newsletter, to be developed by the hosting partner and shared on partner websites, were also discussed. These efforts aim to ensure consistent and effective dissemination of project updates and outcomes.

Action items were clearly outlined, including the finalization and review of the training curriculum, addressing language barriers, setting up the LMS, and planning dissemination activities. The meeting underscored the importance of coordinated efforts to achieve the project’s goals of supporting the integration and empowerment of migrants and refugees through enhanced training for youth workers.
